What you'll need from Visible
Visible requires a 24-72 hour security hold (delay) before issuing the PIN. Start the request at Visible FIRST, then come back here in 1-3 days.
Transfer PIN
Visible app/site → Account → 'Port-Out PIN: request via email'. You MUST toggle Line Lock to Unlocked first. Or chat / 1-833-488-4782.
⚠ PIN delay: Visible imposes a 72-hour security hold before issuing a PIN. Start the request with them first, then return here.
PIN valid for: 7 days
Account Number
Often your phone number; check Visible app → Account.
Disable Port-Out Protection
Visible has port-out protection turned ON by default. You must disable it before we can port your number.
Visible Line Lock is ON by default. Toggle to Unlocked in the app.
